My offer as an associate with Kera is to bring to the team my skill, experience and learning as

  • A Quality Improvement Specialist
  • An ILM Management Coach and Mentor
  • A Primary Care Trainer and Facilitator

I have a varied portfolio of clients across Primary Care, VSCE and Social housing – and I am motivated by working with organisations and teams that have a desire to problem solve and improve.

With over 20 years in management roles in the VSCE and Social Housing, and coupled with an additional  11 years working in NHS primary care and transformation projects – I am adaptable, innovative and solution focused, and have a variety of skills and resources to draw on to support the needs of the each of the organisations I work with.

My experience in primary care extends from recent delivery of the GPIP PCN Support programme, working with PCN’s across England to improve their access and performance to bespoke Care Navigation training for PCNs and practices nationwide.  My knowledge and expertise in Care Navigation has been gained and honed over design and delivery of Care Navigation consultancy and training since 2016, when I was part of the Connecting Care Partnership, an NSHE Vanguard funded initiative which was a front runner to ICBs, pre STP.  My role in the Connecting Care partnership was as Workforce Design and OD co-ordinator and I co-authored the Wakefield Workforce Plan as part of my role.

Working outside of primary care, I offer bespoke training and facilitation in organisational and team development topics such as

  • Project and performance management
  • Conflict Resolution and Management
  • Managing for the first-time manager
  • Middle Management expertise
  • A variety of soft skills and enhanced communication workshops

I also offer 1-1 management coaching programmes to managers and their staff members.

I am a freelance facilitator, ILM coach and trainer working extensively in primary care, social housing and the VSCE sector. As part of my client portfolio, I am currently an associate trainer for KERA Consultancy, working for over 3 years on a variety of care navigation projects and design and delivery of training for personalised care roles.  I also work for several CCGS in the Yorkshire region providing a range of coaching, social prescribing and development products for ICS, CCG and practice staff.

In 2016 I was privileged to join the Connecting Care partnership in Wakefield, West Yorkshire
