Supervision for Personalised Care Roles through Integrated Neighbourhood Teams
KERA consultancy services will lead on the creation of a sustainable Supervision model for the ICB Personalised Care Roles with he aim to support retention of staff, better integration of roles and be a pioneer in sustainability, in alignment with the NHS longer term plan and Fuller report.
